IMPORTANT NOTE:
We have more people who have requested to go on this
tour than we have seats. To be fair to the people who have signed up for
the tour information, we must operate this tour on a first come, first
served basis. Your check will be the only thing that will hold your seat.
While we would love for all our traveling friends
to join us on this tour, seats are limited. With this overseas tour, our
cancellation policy is necessarily less flexible than on our past US tours.
We will do whatever we can to help anyone who has an emergency reason to
cancel, however refunds for cancellations will be as outlined on the terms
sheet. Due to our contracts, these will apply even if we have a waiting
list.
If this tour is sold out when we receive your
payment and application, you will automatically be placed on a waiting
list and notified of that status by phone, mail or e-mail. We will not
cash your deposit check until a spot becomes available and we have notified
you and received your go-ahead.
